I  rotated at Woodhull for OB/Gyn. I felt as thought I learned a lot here and this site helped me feel more confident in my future role in healthcare. It was good to work with a multi-disciplinary team and to see what role physician assistant would play in a hospital setting. One thing I enjoyed about this site was that I was able to rotate between so many departments while on this rotation.

In the future, I would like to see more screening procedures like ultrasounds.

My biggest issue was the variable schedule and the long shifts of at least 16 hours, but I learned so much that it was worth it.

One of my goals for this rotation was to better understand the stages of labor and routine prenatal care.
